Amb. Bou-Said: What IRAN did was GATT & WTO Implementation / ما قامت به إيران هو عملية تطبيق اتفاقية الجدچات وقانون منظمة التجارة العالمية Editor Office – Beirut

رأى السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد (الممثل الأعلى لشؤون الخارجية ورئيس بعثة المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان إلى الأمم المتحدة في جنيف والمعتمدة بصفة خاصة منها، أن ما قامت به إيران مؤجرا لجهة التبادل السلعي ليس أسلوبا لتحدي الضغوط الأميركية، وإنما هو تطبيق لإتفاقية الچات ومنظومة منظمة التجارة العالمية.

وأضاف في كلام لوكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان أن هذه الاتفاقيات التي تعتمد على بأدب للسلع بين الدول ضمن نسبة محددة للفريقين بقيمة مئوية أو تقيم البضائع ضمن صفقة التبادل، وه دو عمل يفضي إلى تقاسم الموارد بين الدول وتصوّب الإنتاجية الحقيقية لتوازنات الاقتصادات، وهذا ما يجب التركيز عليه اليوم في الأزمات المالية والاقتصادية التي يعيشها العالم.

Ambassador Dr. Haissam BOU-SAID (IHRC High Representative for Foreign Affairs & Head of the mission of the International Human Rights Council to the United Nations in Geneva, which was specifically accredited by it), saw that what Iran did in terms of commodity exchange is not a way to challenge American pressures, but rather an application of the GATT Agreement and the World Trade Organization system.

He added in a statement to the International News Agency for Human Rights that these agreements, which depend on politeness of goods between countries within a specific percentage for the two parties at a percentage value, or valuing the goods within the exchange deal, are work that leads to sharing resources between countries and corrects the real productivity of the economies’ balances, and this is what must be focused on today, in the financial and economic crises that the world is experiencing.
